In 2003, Baccarat set up shop in Paris in the exceptional setting of Marie-Laure de Noailles' former private residence. Here you will find the masterpieces created for the World Fairs, for which Baccarat was awarded the highest distinction in the form of gold medals or grand prizes.

This museum was born from the great project of Emile Guimet (1836-1918), an industrialist from Lyon, who wanted to create a museum of the religions of Egypt, classical antiquity and the countries of Asia. From his travels, he assembled an important collection, initially presented in Lyon from 1879. He later transferred his collections to a museum he had built in Paris, which was inaugurated in 1889.

The Duchess of Galliera's palace, built in the 19th century, is the setting for the Fashion Museum, inaugurated in 1977, which brings to life the history of fashion through prestigious temporary exhibitions. The Musée National de la Marine is the result of a collection given to King Louis XV by Henri Louis Duhamel du Monceau, which was housed in the Louvre from 1752 to 1793, and again from 1827 to 1939. Its collections, with more than 1,000 objects, trace the rich maritime history of France.

The Musée de l'Homme is a French national museum installed since 1937 in the Palais de Chaillot in Paris, whose vocation is to present the human race in its anthropological, historical and cultural diversity.

Opened in 1984 by the Conseil des Echansons de France, this museum shows the richness and diversity of French heritage through an exhibition of tools and objects related to the work of the vine and wine. It is located in former quarries exploited in the Middle Ages and later converted into a cellar.

Located in the heart of the old village of Passy, this house is the only Parisian residence of the writer that remains today. Balzac lived here from 1840 to 1847 and wrote La Comédie humaine. Acquired by the city of Paris in 1949, the house was converted into a museum, and then equipped with a library.
